Packages takes 24-48 hours to process after receiving from port.
The Miami warehouse opens Monday – Friday 9:00am -5:00pm local time.
Shipments arriving outside these hours will be process the next business day.
After 14 day you will be charge 150 JMD per day
Packages are updated within a few hours upon arrival if they are within the opening hours. Outside the opening hours they be will be updated the following business day
